Eagle Ministry was founded in 1985 by Dale and Cecile Schmidt The ministry is a strong missions/church organization founded for a large base of operation in the nation.
The first retreat and prayer center started in 1990 on Lake Superior was in operation for the same purpose as this Mountain. The expansion allows for many more gifts FOR the retreat visitor The Mountain is a place for all of Gods people.Thousands of Believers from nations around the world have prayed here.
The ministry center sit atop this Prayer Mountain in Finland Minnesota. The high hill is a forested nature preserve of the State and Federal forest that surround it. The Superior National Wilderness Trails and the North Shore premier mountain biking destination. The 100s of miles of trails are developed and expertly maintained by the state and federal.
This place is very peaceful and tranquilizing: it is a place set apart for God.. The ground is beautifully sculpted within its original natural habitat. It has a mountain top with 360 degree view of the region.
You are always welcome to come visit our services, relax on the scenic grounds, picnic, or pray. Our close proximity to Lake Superior also makes us a favorite gathering place for those whom want to set aside days of rest and refreshing who come to study or to pray. Anyone who hungers for God will find this a place of His presence. We have a special burden and esteem for the entire Body of Christ. So please do come by for a time of fellowship. You will find a friendly welcome.
what we believe is important. And for our friends we want to make our faith plain. We offer this statement of faith:
-We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God.
-We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His sinless life, in His miracles, His atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father where He reigns as King, and in His personal return to earth in power and glory.
-We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
-We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful man, spiritual regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential, and that their salvation is received through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ as Messiah, Savior, and Lord.

PRAYER
Members of Gods mountain are dedicated to the ministry of prayer and intercession. We join together to pray for our ministry,church, community, and country. We engage the Lord in prayers with specific objectives, victorious travail, and praise and Worship for definite answers. Prayer Meeting open to all.
